While that is delicious, there are ways to make a very filling weekend scramble that won’t spike your blood sugar or break the calorie bank.

    My wife absolutely loves Chipotle. I’ve found that even when I get a chicken salad from the restaurant it tends to spike my blood sugar a bit. I’ve found making a version of what I get at Chipotle at home doesn’t have the same effect.
