I feel like this was a really important run for me. It was the first time I was able to continuously run through the workout and the extra 5-minute run period that was optional. I also didn’t feel as winded as I have in the past. The best news is that the pain that was in my back during week 2 has pretty much completely dissipated. I can feel my legs getting a little bit stronger and feel like my ability to run at a steady pace with less straining going down.
