Lake County Run 3/26

This was a really important run for me. This was the first time the difficulty was going to step up a notch from a 5 minute run to a 10 minute run. The previous runs had been difficult for me to go 5 minutes. I did take an extra day of rest (Friday and Saturday) because I was feeling a little sore in my back. I did feel rested and ready to go. I was also able to run the full 10 minutes! While I was out of breath it felt so good to be able to run the full amount. Looking forward to continuing in my health journey.
