My longest run so far and that was with accidentally turning off the watch before actually ending my route. This morning was a cool 70 but later in the day it got into the mid 90s. I now understand why people run in the morning compared to the afternoon.
There was a little bit of a spooky fog in the neighborhood. The spooky fog made a cool backdrop while running and kept the morning cool. I still am feeling a little bit of pain in the middle of my back. It didn’t stop me from running but I think I will take a break tomorrow from my 3 a day walks.
